service correction

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your service, we are happy to schedule another appointment with the same Stylist to correct the matter. Notice must be given to Recitals Hair Salon within 48 hours of the appointment and the correction service must be completed within 7 days of your original appointment. If the same service is performed, the service is complimentary. If you would prefer to see a different Stylist to correct the original service, you would be obligated to pay for the service level price difference.

product return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any in stock products you have purchased. We are happy to give you store credit for your return towards any retail products. Any special order products and/or hair extensions are final sale and not eligible for a refund.

cancellation policy

To ensure the exclusive allocation of our specialty services, such as color correction, extensions, and smoothing treatments, we require a credit card number along with a deposit at the time of reservation.

Please note that a cancellation or rescheduling notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance via telephone to avoid a charge of 50% of the total service cost to your credit card. For the clarity and security of all parties, cancellations can only be accepted through verbal communication; unfortunately, online cancellations cannot be processed. Call us at (843) 936-6827.

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notification may result in a charge for the full amount of the service and could affect the ability to make future bookings.
