Bill is a 30 year experienced Stylist/Colorist. During his career he has owned and operated over 8 salons and has also manufactured his own line of hair care products. Recitals haircare. He is a skilled colorist and stylist and always stays on the cutting edge of new styles and trends. Taylor is new to the hair industry as a 20 year old from Columbia South Carolina. She has been in the salon for over 10 years as her mother is a former hairstylist in Columbia. She has the biggest passion on meeting new people and making everyone feel and look beautiful. Taylor went to school at Vski Cosmetology School in West Ashley and has been certified in multiple advanced training classes. Taylor loves getting up and coming to work everyday with a smile! Taylor also keeps up with the latest trends and styles! Book with her for your color, cuts, and styling needs!

Sydney entered the industry after a career change from the legal field, but has always had a passion for the hair industry. She graduated from the College of Charleston and decided cosmetology was her true joy. Sydney completed cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell the School. She enjoys connecting with people and making guests feel the best they can. As a local of Charleston, Sydney enjoys the food and culture of the low country and doing anything outdoors with her dogs ‘Stunner’ and ‘Haddie’.

Anika has been a trusted member of the hair styling industry in Charleston for over 17 years. She has a true passion for making people feel and look their best. She prides herself on really listening to her clients and not only giving them the look they desire, but also focusing on the integrity of their hair! She keeps up with the latest trends and styles, and has done extensive training over the years to keep her skills sharp! A mother of two boys, ages 18 and 3 she enjoys spending time with her family and taking part in all the fun that the Low Country life has to offer!

Alyssa, a Charleston native and a 2023 graduate is a skilled stylist who received her training at ECCAS Salon in Mt. Pleasant. With four years of experience in the salon industry, Alyssa has dedicated the past two and a half years to refining her craft at Recitals Salon, working closely with William Murphy. Starting as his assistant, she has earned the trust of her clients and colleagues alike, becoming a valued stylist in her own right. Alyssa’s passion lies in creating stunning highlights and mastering color techniques, with a focus on expanding her repertoire to include vibrant and bold colors. Additionally, she offers “Silent Appointments” for clients seeking a serene and minimally social atmosphere, ensuring their utmost comfort and satisfaction.

Nan Catherine McCully was raised in Charleston, SC and has always had a passion for all things “beauty”. She has a unique eye for color and depth, since she is also a local artist. After graduating the College of Charleston in 2020, she realized her true calling was to become a Hair Stylist. Both Nan and her sister Lilly have found their home at Recitals Hair Salon after graduating together from Paul Mitchell the School of Charleston in April of 2022. When she is not in the salon with her clients, she is at her home in Awendaw, SC playing with her GSP Lena, and her 5 ducks.

Raised in Charleston, SC, Lilly McCully began her career right after high school at Paul Mitchell the School of Charleston. After completing the program with her sister Nan Catherine by her side, she joined the team at Recitals Hair Salon. Lilly grew up playing dress up with her 4 other sister and always enjoyed helping others feel (and look) beautiful. Through her skills as a cosmetologist she hopes that all her clients leave with a smile. In her free time you can find her surfing at IOP, or at her home in Awendaw, SC playing with ducks and chickens.
